Vijayanagar is really a cluster of layouts: Hampi Nagar and RPC Layout around our office, Attiguppe and Hosahalli along the metro line, Chandra Layout and Govindaraja Nagar to the west and north, MC Layout and the streets that run off Chord Road. Each has its own plot sizes and its own mix of old single-storey homes and new rental buildings.
Being here means our engineer can walk your site the same afternoon you call, our site supervisors are never stuck in cross-city traffic, and you can drop into the office to look at drawings and material samples whenever it suits you.
Old houses, new buildings
Much of Vijayanagar was built out decades ago as independent single-storey and G+1 homes on 30×40 and 40×60 plots. Many of those houses are now being replaced by G+2 and G+3 buildings, with the owner’s family on one floor and rental units on the others.
We handle that whole change: demolishing the old house safely on a street full of neighbours, clearing the plot, and planning a new building that makes full use of what the rules now allow. Rental units get their own entrances, meters and water lines from the start, so each can be let and maintained separately. Where the old house is still sound, we will say so and quote a renovation instead.
Building near the Purple Line
The metro changed Vijayanagar. Homes within walking distance of the Vijayanagar, Attiguppe and Hosahalli stations are easier to let, and many owners plan their new building with that in mind: smaller, well-lit rental units, secure two-wheeler parking, and a staircase that keeps tenants’ comings and goings away from the family floor.
Busy roads near the stations also shape how we build. Deliveries are timed for quieter hours, material is kept inside the plot, and the frontage is kept clear and safe while the building goes up.
Approvals for a Vijayanagar plot
A new house or an added floor in Vijayanagar needs a sanctioned building plan from the city corporation before work begins. We prepare the drawings to the bylaws for your plot size and road width, file the application and follow it through to sanction. Alongside it we line up the temporary BESCOM power connection for construction and the BWSSB water and sanitary connections before you move in.
